Fruited Chicken Salad

Nothing like chicken salad on a hot summer day. Or a cold winter day. Or a rainy fall day. Or a Tuesday. Or trash day. Or .....

4 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups diced celery
2 cups halved seedless red or green grapes
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt and pepper

Combine the first six ingredients and toss well. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to chicken mixture. Chill.
